How it Works

Simple Setup With Effective Protection for Your Machine

Meet the new SafeOp Control Guard System, the solution to providing total and visible control for your fleet. The machine will be fitted with a SafeOp device that renders the machine dormant with the key switch bypassed…

Using the downloaded SafeOp APP, a user will simply scan the QR code on the machine [Or input the identification number]. The user will be asked for their username and password which is entered on the APP.

For the machine to fully operate, there are a number of security checks in place first. If the user name and password are valid and in date. If the user is acreddited to drive that type of forklift. If that user has sat on the seat first. When the user plugs the seatbelt in the machine will automatically turn on.

If the user does not have a valid licence or is trying to operate the wrong machine it simply will not turn on and an email will be sent to an address of choice. No fobs / cards or keypads. The machine is left as safe as it can be as the SafeOp device is buried in the loom.
