Before SafeOp, it could take a week for anyone outside the operator team to find out there was an issue with our equipment. Now, it’s immediate. SafeOp has given us much greater visibility of our equipment. We can see how many hours our machines are being used, identify faults immediately and understand where the majority of issues are coming from.
Operators are also less likely to misuse equipment or drive at unsafe speeds because we can see how fast they were travelling and where they were operating. SafeOp has also stopped unauthorised operators from using our equipment when nobody is watching.
